PRE-REGISTRATION
Full time retreat is $90-$160, which includes deluxe ice cream bar (dairy and non-dairy, and toppings!) after Saturday dinner potluck before the Rumi Cafe.
ONSITE REGISTRATION
Full time retreat is $130 minimum if you register onsite.
Single dance sessions $20 minimum per session/person, except Saturday evening which is $30/person/minimum for dessert and Dance. Please pre-register for Saturday evening – If you don’t, we cannot assure you that you will get dessert (head count needed). Saturday afternoon is the Clothing Exchange and Bazaar, followed by a community Potluck, Camp-provided ice cream bar and Rumi Café Dinner Theater, before the evening Dance.
REFUNDS
Refunds, minus $30 admin fee, through July 17; after that, 50% refund through July 25; no refunds thereafter. No show=no refund.

(Zeffy platform: Please note Zeffy does not allow for Paypal, Venmo or Zelle payment; only Apple or Google card, a credit card, or a bank/debit card. However, Zeffy does not take fees from payments to a non-profit, saving us hundreds of dollars in fees per camp.

The camp is being held at Echo Basin Ranch, 43747 Co Rd M, Mancos, CO. See site map below for where our Tent will go.
CABINS can be reserved by calling Tom Carr at Echo Basin, 970-533-7000. All lodging questions, requests, reservations and payments need to be made directly to Echo Basin. Be sure to mention you are with our group in order to get our group discount.
- Basic Vintage-Lofted Cabins accommodate 4 guests. 1 Queen bed on Main Level and 1 Queen bed in loft. 1 FULL BATH. No Utensils. These cabins are Camping/Sleeping Cabins – not “cooking cabins”. ~$160/night (You can use our camp kitchen for cooking.)
- Deluxe Cabin has 4 Queen Beds and a kitchen ~$320/night.
NOTE: Whoever reserves a cabin is responsible for the full payment (or deposit + balance upon arrival). Please sort out all the money with your roommates on your own. Echo Basin has a LOT of people to manage (see the map!) so be kind and organized in your interactions with them.
RV SITES start at $60/night (we think) and should be reserved right away as Echo Basin is very popular and fills up fast. Be sure to mention that you are with our group when you reserve. The RV sites are on the opposite end of Echo Basin from where we are gathering. See map below.
DRY CAMPING – tent, car, camper or RV – $25/night for up to two people. Please pay Tom in the office on arrival and only camp in our designated area (see map, below). Dry camping means you’ll have no electricity.
