Registering for Summer Camp with Zeffy

What you need to know to successfully navigate Zeffy and register for Summer Camp
We recommend that you keep this page open with the registration form as you fill it out.

Landing on the Summer Camp homepage:

  • When you first enter the Zeffy site you will see “Summer Camp” at the top, with the dates and times of the camp.
  • On the left side of the page you will see a picture of the dance camp with the dancers.
  • Below the picture, in small purple letters, you will see the words “More Details” with a little purple arrow.
  • Click on “More Details” and a window will pop up, with a bunch of information that you need to read.

  • This page gives you a lot of information you need to know about camp, including start/end times, info on Echo Basin and lodging, etc. It would be helpful to read this.
  • Finally, there is also a little section to about Zeffy. “There is a space on Zeffy that will ask you for an additional donation for their platform.  IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL DONATION TO ZEFFY, please use the arrow to select Other Amount and enter zero.  We use this platform because we receive 100% of the amount you pay to us.”
  • When you’re done reading, click the X in the upper right corner to close this window.

NOTE: Zeffy only accepts payments via Apple or Google card, credit card, or bank/debit card (no Paypal, Venmo or Zelle). If you want to pay by check, select the Pay By Check option, fill out the info and then make Check Payable to:

There are options to choose from:
Full Retreat pre-registration; full retreat onsite registration; single Dance sessions (select which ones); Single session Saturday evening Dance and ice cream bar; Pay by Check, and Staff (do NOT select that option unless you know for sure you are staff; if you’re aren’t sure, ask Sky). There is also an option to add Dana (gifting) for musicians and staff, at the end of this section.

If you want to pay by check, select the Pay By Check option, fill out the info and then make Check Payable to:

Purchasing a Ticket

  • When you make a choice of the type of registration ticket you would like to buy, select “Add +” by that selection.
  • The default number of tickets to purchase is “1”. If you are purchasing more than 1 ticket, select the plus “+” sign and it will add another ticket below the original ticket. You will have to scroll down to see ticket #2.
  • The very first field to fill out will be the amount you’re going to pay, the total for either one ticket or for 2 tickets.  You can only enter an amount between the minimum amount and maximum amount due. (If you look closely, you will see the amount you need to enter very faintly in that field.)
  • Fill in the first and last name and phone number for each person you are purchasing a ticket for; remember you have to scroll down to see ticket #2.
  • You can also add an amount in the Dana selection, which will automatically be added to your total.
  • The check boxes for the Participation Liability Waiver and the Wellness Policy are required fields FOR EACH PERSON YOU ARE REGISTERING.
  • When you have completed all the fields, select “Continue”.

Summary / Payment

  • In the Summary portion of the check out procedure you will see your order and the amount that you will be paying.
  • IMPORTANT (to avoid extra fees)!!! Below the order you will see the words “Help keep Zeffy free for Western Slope Dance Camps Chapter of PW-DUPNA”.  The dropdown will automatically be populated with 15% and a monetary amount that is 15% of the ticket value you are purchasing, which Zeffy wants to add to your purchase price.
    • Dropdown the menu, select “Other”, and enter the amount “0” for a contribution.
  • The final step is to select the options of:
    • Google or Apple Pay
    • Card (a credit card)
    • US bank account (a debit card)
