Ordinary Magic, May 27-30, 2027

“The world is full of magical things patiently waiting for our senses to wake up.”   ~ Eden Phillpotts

Join us for a weekend of prayers and practice in community, held at a very special place, the Drala Mountain Center (formerly Shambhala Mountain Center), at Red Feather Lakes CO, near Ft Collins, which has been blessed by visits from the Dalai Lama. This is a precious opportunity to practice on land steeped in the blessing and magic of the Great Stupa of Dharmakaya and the prayers of thousands of Buddhist practitioners dedicating their practice toward the liberation of all beings.
We are honored to be able to offer this retreat there.

More lodging info, for roommates: A lodge single can have two people. A lodge double can have three people (two in one bed, one in the other); beds are full (“double”), not queens. If you want to register for lodging with a specific roommate, at checkout, click “add a second person” and then select lodge double. This will allow them to pay for the whole room ($372) all at once and will automatically room them together. If for some reason they can’t register together, notify the registrars who will contact Drala Mountain Center who will place them in a room together. If you want a roommate, but don’t have someone specific in mind, Drala Mountain Center will place you with one. Remember, in all lodging prices include all meals (delicious, nutritious & abundant options!) and ample snacks and teas for each person.

Discounts on Lodging: There is a 10% discount on lodging through March 27, 2027. If you stay more than the three nights there is a 50% discount per night for the extra nights (up to two nights before and two nights after the retreat).
