We returned to Troncones early in 2023 for two different retreats: a bilingual Dance retreat with an accompanying Dance Leader Training, led by Darvesha and Elizabeth, and Deepening Into Being, a more introspective, spacious retreat facilitated by Sky, Jen and Adam (Shivadam). People came and went, or stayed for both, about 50 people at each event, learning each other’s languages (North Americans greeted everyone with “Buenos Dias”, while Latin Americans beamed “Good morning!”) and, more importantly, letting the words and translations lapse and learning to listen with the language of the heart.
